By Booking with me you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Client shall reserve the time and date of services by signing and returning this contract along with a non-refundable, nontransferable reservation deposit equal to 20% of the total hair services fee. No date is reserved until the contract and retainer are received. The balance due for the services must be paid in full no later than on the wedding day.
If for any reason the event is cancelled, the full amount of the deposit is non-refundable.
In the event that Client reschedules the session date and Make-up Artist is able to rebook the original session date, Client will receive credit for all the monies already paid. A new contract may be required. The new package price will reflect pricing in effect when the date change occurs. In the event that Client reschedules the session and Make-up Artist is not able to rebook the original session date, Client forfeits the retainer but will receive a credit for all other monies paid.
If Make-up Artist is unable to perform any or all the duties herein for any reason, including but not limited to, fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accidents, illness, or technical problems, and if she cannot provide another competent professional, all money received by the Make-up Artist, minus the expenses, will be returned to Client, and Make-up Artist shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. It is the responsibility of the Client to inform the Makeup Artist of any allergies prior to consultations and services being carried out. Make-up Artist will accept no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur from providing their services.
Travel within 15 mile of B90 is completely free of charge. A Mileage fee 50p will be charged for locations outside of the 15-mile radius of B90.
Client will take appropriate measures to ensure there is a safe and adequate working environment for Make-up Artist to work on the day. In order to complete the services to the highest standard the location must include: Lots of natural light or lamp lighting, enough space to work in and for make-up equipment, insurance, enough tables, enough outlets and clear communication from the client and their guests.
